Courses

Three courses have been taught in conjunction with the ACE Lab.

MATH 2413 Honors Ordinary Differential Equations: Fall 2002, Fall 2001
MATH 6514 Industrial Mathematics I: Fall 2002, Fall 2001
MATH 6515 Industrial Mathematics II: Spring 2002

In a typical ACE Lab Course, students are required to construct a physical system which they can model mathematically (ideally using material covered in the course) and from which they can collect data to compare to their theoretical predictions.

More information on projects undertaken by students in the courses listed above may be found on the ACE Lab Projects page.

There is also a seminar that meets almost every semester to discuss current projects in the ACE Lab. This is

MATH 4801 Mathematics of Physical Systems Seminar

Please contact the faculty or students associated wth the ACE Lab to learn more about projects and courses.
