The research involved with this project will attempt an analysis of liquid draining out of a cylindrical pipe with the following objectives:

• Use theory and dimensional analysis to predict the form of Torricelli's Law.
• Prove Torricelli's Law through experimentation and analysis using differential equations.
• Apply Torricelli's Law to simple and complex draining pipe systems.
• Use differential equations with Torricelli's Law to predict behavior of more complicated systems.
• Create a visual demonstration of Torricelli's Law.
